Bio :
Madeline Denman is a first year student in the BFA Dance program. In the future, she hopes to dance in a company sharing her passion for dance, and the art forms ability to expand thought and conversation on an infinite number of topics. Madeline loves staying busy with all the opportunities campus has to offer. She is a part of Media Marketing and Communications Scholars, which looks ahead at how technologies will be affecting careers and what this means for dance. She remains involved with the Dance Department, currently as a part of their fiftieth anniversary concert "The Big 5-OH". Where she is able to explore the choreographic process through Susan Petry's work, and further foster her love of performance and delving into the elements that clarify choreographic intent. When not in class, she enjoys trying new foods, spending time outdoors, and improvisational dance.
